I have to admit that I am currently on the post-bikini- diet . . . after back-to-back trips to Mexico, I’ve had enough beer and chips and ice cream for the rest of the year! While on a trip, I think it’s important to let go, live life and enjoy. The way we all should live. I work my ass off in the studio year round, eat clean, so a couple weeks here and there won’t kill me.
That said, it’s time to get back on track. — back to eating a sustainable diet of plant based food & fish. I do love a good steak, but it is definitely something I am eating less and less as the years go by.
This salad is spot on for spring – asparagus is in season and salmon is packed with amazing nutrition as we all know.
