Eat Like Me

I love a good salad and this one fits the bill. I haven’t tried it yet, but I know you can’t go wrong with this combination. I would probably add edamame for a little more protein punch (even though quinoa is already a complete protein) and a ton of lemon. This is the kind of salad my daughter will actually eat because it has strawberries!
