Chicken tonight

I hate to admit it, but I’ve been in a food slump. Everything seems boring and I haven’t been in the mood to make anything — and worse, takeout isn’t doing anything for me either. I think I’d just like to drink a bottle glass of wine and call it a night. Unfortunately, I do have other people to think about. So, when I saw this recipe from Joanna Goddard via Roost (which I just bookmarked), I was thrilled because it looks so easy. So, now I can crack open a bottle and throw that bird into the oven. Done and done.
