I love artichoke hearts and I love capers — so this is a no-brainer. And, my kids never have pasta (as my son says, “we are the healthiest family in Denver”), so I do like to treat them on occasion (even though it is rice pasta which is gluten free 😉 don’t tell!).
This recipe took me exactly 25 minutes from start to finish. I hear it was really good — I had to run off to a meeting so I didn’t get any. I omitted the flour and the butter (although, I believe a little butter every day is good).
