This is what I made for dinner tonight — packed full of veggies and yumminess. And, knowing that i would get grief for only putting vegetables on the table, I also made lemon-roasted chicken. I just got home from a knife skills class tonight at the Seasoned Chef here in Denver. I highly recommend learning how to use a knife properly — it makes preparing your food so much easier and faster. And, if you’re one of those people who skip recipes because you’re afraid to chop — this will change your life. Think about the things that usually need to be chopped in recipes: vegetables. Hello. Important stuff here. I learned so much — and I was a prep cook way back in the day (it was actually my first real job — I’m still not sure how I got it).
