Hi Mamas, is it Monday already? I spent the entire weekend with a terrible head-cold. And, I realize, I’m not taking great care of myself these days: going to bed late, drinking lots of wine and not eating enough fruits and veggies. Hey, even trainers fall off the wagon sometimes! So, this is a week of renewal for me. I will be having a fruit smoothie for breakfast, big fat salad with protein from Vert (my favorite lunch spot in Denver) and a vegetarian dinner (I’ll share that recipe with you tomorrow). I always have at least one veggie dinner a week — I think it’s not always necessary to have meat every day of the week. Plus you can find plenty of protein in other things — like legumes.
Anyway, I hope your day is off to a great start already. Here’s your move. And I’ll see you tomorrow:)
