Monday Move

Hi my friends,

How was your weekend? I turned the big 45 — can you believe it? My body can — I can feel every year in my knees 🙂 Oh well — don’t forget our first Red Rocks workout this weekend (ouch).

This week’s move is a great one. It works your abs and your arms — multitasking move. Just make sure you keep your arm stacked right under your shoulder and that you keep length in your neck. Also, if your legs are extended, stay on the edges of your feet (try not to put your soles on the floor). It might sound obvious, but I see it happen a lot.
