Rule #3: Eat foods that reduce estrogen dominance in your body

Foods that help decrease you body’s estrogen load, will help to flatten your belly. It’s proven that hormones add inches to your waistline as we age. Try the items on the list below (give yourself a good few weeks of consistency and see if you don’t see a difference yourself!) Obviously working out in conjunction makes a lot of sense too, no?

Belly Blasting Daily Food List:

Cruciferous vegetables: 2-3 servings a day
Citrus Fruits: 1 serving a day
Insoluble Fiber: 2 servings a day (brown rice, barley, cous cous, seeds, carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, celery & tomatoes)
Lignans: 2-3 Tablespoons a day (found in flax seed oil)
Protein: 1 serving w/ each meal
Calcium: 2 servings a day
Fruit: 1 serving a day (in addition to the citrus)
Healthy Oils in your salads & when you cook
Beverages: eight glasses of water a day
