Monday Move . . . or, that pumpkin pie went straight to my hips — help!

Well, that’s one holiday under our belts. Now we are into full blown Christmas mode. No, but seriously, I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your families and friends. We all have very much to be thankful for . . . and one would be the abundance of food that we ate over the past few days. And, now it’s time to get back on the wagon. With all of the parties coming up, you can’t afford to look bloated in your dress. So, bump up your cardio a little, and do this great butt/hamstring toning move. If you don’t have a ball, you can use a chair or a step. Do at least 2 sets of 15, and stretch your glutes and hamstrings in between.
