Well, I’ve finally succumbed to the colder weather and now I’m craving things like squashes and lentils. I know the above pic looks like probably the most unattractive dish you’ve ever seen, but read the recipe — it sounds delicious! I found this it on the NY Times website & I love the ingredients , , , , very healthy and something my kids will eat up. I love one dish meals — you get everything you need in one bowl and you get dinner out of the way pretty quickly. I’m making this tonight — I’ll let you know how it goes!
