Monday Move . . . great one for your butt!

Happy Monday Mamas! How was your weekend? I completely shut down yesterday — didn’t even step outside until around 5p. Stayed in my pjs most of the day and just chilled. Have you ever done that? And now, I feel ready for a new week!

The holidays are coming and so are the parties with food and alcohol. Do you have a game plan? You can counteract all of that fun by making sure you are moving your body on a daily basis. Make your plan and stick to it.

Today’s exercise is one of my current favorites. Make sure when you are reaching through your legs that you are down in that squat. Roll up through your spine until you are sitting right above your hips (still in the squat), then you straighten your legs. Do at least 2 sets of 15 on these.
