Hi Mamas, how was your weekend? I got lots of sleep! I love daylight savings time — and now it’s bright again in the morning so I’m no longer groggy!
Today’s move is for the back of your arms. Cocktail dress season is upon us . . . . and nothing looks more unattractive than jiggly arms! Not that you shouldn’t be just working out for cocktail season, but it is an incentive to get those things tight once and for all! Do at least 2 sets of 10-15 on each arm.
