Happy Monday Mamas. I hope your Halloween was fun! I toured the neighborhood with my kids . . . alas, they are at the age now where they really didn’t need me to be there. Sad! But, the protective mother in me just followed with my mojito in hand! I love when the weather is balmy on Halloween!
Well, I tried to find an exercise that would actually keep you from eating candy . . . I don’t know about you, but I couldn’t keep my hands out of the candy bowl! Time for a candy cleanse this week! This lunge is great . . . works your legs/butt, shoulders and core. Do 3 sets of 15. And bump up your cardio a bit this week to offset the extra calories you consumed this weekend!
