Hi Mamas, was your weekend delicious? Mine was probably too much so! Had lots of delicious food and fun times with family and friends. I will need to check the chocolate and sugar consumption a little bit! Especially since Halloween is one week away! Speaking of that, are you dressing up? I haven’t decided. My daughter is going to be Lady Gaga & I was thinking of being her as well. She’s the number one costume this year. Can you imagine what it’s like to be her? If she ever has children, what will she wear to drop them off to school?

Today’s move is for your upper body. The push-up is always tough. Don’t push yourself to go to straight legs until you are really ready and your form is perfect. Push-ups from the knees are quite effective too. Start with 2-3 sets of 8 and work your way up to 16.
