Exercise of the Week

Hi Mamas, what did you do this weekend? I’m not sure what I did . . . ever have one of those weekends? It just flew by. I did a lot of child chauffeuring to parties — man, I wish I had their social calendar! I’m on week 2 of my cleanse and finally getting used to eating like I live in the wilderness. Boy, am I ready for a steak and a martini! Seriously though, I have been sleeping like the dead and my skin has never looked better. Not sure if these things really work, but it definitely gets me thinking about what I eat and gets me creative in the kitchen: both good things!

Have a great week and make sure you have a fitness plan for yourself this week. Try to do something for at least 30 minutes at least 4 times this week.
