Monday Move — get a ballerina butt

How was your weekend, my friends? Hope you found some time for yourself! I finally snuck out of the house for a yoga class yesterday. And, if you’re in Denver, I highly recommend Vital Yoga. Probably one of the best classes I’ve had in years.

Today’s move comes from the popular ballet barre trend that is sweeping the nation (we have classes at my studio on Mondays and Saturdays, btw). Try to keep your hips square and make sure your standing leg is perpendicular to the floor & directly over the ankle and the working leg is parallel to the floor. (From head to toe, your body should be parallel to the floor.)
