I love garbanzo beans (“little bottoms”, as my daughter calls them). I love them in salads, in soups. And hummus, made from garbanzos, is my very favorite snack. Hummus is also a great spread on sandwiches. It’s probably even a good facial mask . . .
But, I digress. Back to the garbanzo. Above is a salad I plan to make tonight. Throw in any vegetable you like. I will use a lot more lemon juice and a little white wine vinegar. I love the tanginess! Get the recipe.
