Move of the week

I have a hummingbird in my yard. I can hear it every morning when I’m laying in bed. I still haven’t seen it . . .

And now for your move. I think the obliques are such a an important muscle group. Not just for core strength, but also for having that sexy waist you want. Be careful on this one not to sink too deep into your shoulder. Try to engage your shoulder blade and feel it sliding down your back. Do 3 sets of 10-15 per side.
