Monday’s move

Strong, sexy, sculpted arms . . . they can be yours — in addition to the above exercises, you need to eat a lean, healthy diet & get your weekly dose of cardio (amount depends on if you are trying to lose some lbs, or just maintaining your weight.) How to figure this out? A subject I will be covering next Monday. But in the meantime, try at least 20 minutes of cardio every other day, in addition to your workouts!

Your assignment this week:

My clients are always asking how to lose that seemingly impossible last 5-10 lbs. Now that we are almost upon bikini season (a good motivator), try cutting out most, if not all, gluten out of your diet. Gluten is found in wheat, barley and rye. So, try to avoid breads, cereals, crackers, flour tortillas, cookies, pancakes, etc. Give it a shot. You will be amazed with the results. Oh, and cutting down on the sweets and alcohol will help tremendously. But, first, let’s focus on the gluten.
