Make a Superfood Salad

This is my new obsession. I love this salad — obviously because it is LOADED with antioxidants, but also because it has crunch, and sweet and salty goodness.

As you can probably see, this one contains broccoli, red pepper, spinach, berries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, grapefruit and more. You can build your own salad with the things that you love, and top it off with a nice, light dressing.

Last week, I bought one from Whole Foods to take to a party. This one contained tomatoes, kale, edamame, sunflower seeds, red onion, broccoli & blueberries. I couldn’t stop eating it.
