Shoulder Monday

Happy Monday friends. Hope you had a great weekend. We had a great turnout for the first Hot Mamas on the Rocks workout at Red Rocks. It was a beautiful morning & the women worked really hard. I had such a fun time teaching too. I hope you can join us next time . . . June 5th @ 8a, mark your calendars!

Today’s exercise works your shoulders. Try hard to keep the shoulder still as you move the arms in the shoulder joint — this really helps you work your shoulder stabilizers and also isolates the muscle. Do 3 sets of 15 per arm. Throw in some push-ups too.
