I hope you had a lovely, relaxing weekend. I got some much needed sleep among other things . . . .

What is your fitness plan for the week? Do you have it planned out, or do you just fly by the seat of your pants? Try to make a plan, and if you need help watching the kids, tell your man/partner that you need these times for yourself. It’s not selfish to ask for alone time. Even if you work, the quality time you spend with your kids will be more quality if you take an hour out for yourself.
