Hello Monday, goodbye jiggly arms.

What a glorious weekend we had here in Denver! Everyone was out running, walking, playing in the park. I love this time of year when everyone comes out of hibernation. And with that warm weather, we are wearing short sleeves . . . how are your arms looking these days? It’s not too late. Just start doing these pushups 3 sets of 15 a couple times a week and you will have tighter toned arms in no time. Do them right when you get out of bed in the morning — just roll out of bed and do it before you jump into the shower. One thing off your list for the day. Check.
