Happy Monday all. I’m so happy to be home and get back into a routine! It’s close to impossible to exercise when you are on vacation! (Unless it’s a Hot Mamas fitness retreat — coming soon!) I did pretty well at the beginning, but pretty much sucked the rest of the week. We did a lot of walking, so I figure I get points for that.
Anyhoo, here is today’s exercise: A great routine for your back, even your tush. Perform 3 sets of 10-15. With back work like this, a little burn is good, but don’t overdo it.
