Happy New Year! I wish you all of the best in 2010. I especially hope that you have made at least one tiny fitness goal for yourself this year.
Here’s mine: To try one new sport or activity this year . . . . not sure what it is yet, but you’ll be the first to know. I also am going to try to meditate at least 10 minutes a day after I wake up in the morning. I know it’s not much, but I figure it’s a good start.
