Marni for H&M is coming in March — I have died and gone to heaven. Usually I dream about designers collaborating for H&M since we never had a store in Denver. But NOW we do! Am I going to be one of those ridic people waiting in line? Maybe. Although, I’ve got my fingers crossed that their stuff might be too funky for most Denver people. That’s why I love shopping at the H&M in St. Louis . . . .

I love this woman’s voice. This is the kind of music I play in my kitchen when I’m cooking. She reminds me of a blend between Karen Carpenter and Burt Bacharach.

p.s. Just saw Extremely Loud, Incredibly Close. I don’t know, I think it’s still just too soon to do a movie about 9-11. I cried my eyes out, one of the saddest movies I’ve ever seen. It just felt gratuitous. Just saw that NYC is back at the top of the list of rudeness. Thank God.

I’ve really been into dance music lately. If I had to say what my favorite music is, I’d say old school rap and new good rap and Pitbull (is he a genre? I feel like he is), but lately I just haven’t been feeling it. This song is playing a lot a the studio — hope we’re not all too sick of it yet. This man at the office cracks me up — reminds me of when I had an office job.

Is it evil that I am posting this for some of you who are mid-cleanse? Indeed. But, I had to share because this recipe is to die. Take your favorite treat from childhood, yes, the rice krispy treat, and make it more sophisticated with brown butter and sea salt. Seriously I’ve died and gone to heaven. I’ll let you know when I make it and you can share in my experience mentally so as not to f*ck up your cleanse.
